1.协助参与早期市场推广策划以及支持各展会宣传;
2.协助销售拓展新产品的销售渠道和市场;
3.按时按质跟进合同技术附件及条款的执行情况;
4.处理客户和第三方/监造提出的各种问题和争议,确保及时交货;
5. 回答客户售后各种相关技术问题和材料的增补;
6. 协调客服基地尽快处理客户投诉并提供解决方案;
7.跟踪售后客户满意度并向销售建议实现后续销售的技术方案。
1. Assist in the early marketing promotion and supporting the publicity of various exhibitions;
2. Assist in expanding sales channels and promoting new products;
3. Follow up the implementation of the technical annexes and clauses of the contract in a timely and qualitative manner.
4. Handle all issues and disputes raised by customers and third parties/monitors to ensure timely delivery;
5. Respond to customer post-sales technical questions and updates of materials;
6. Coordinate with the Customer Service Dept and factories to process customer complaints and provide solutions as soon as possible;
7. Follow up on customer satisfaction and provide technical solution to expand selling.
次要工作职责 Minor responsibilities
协调陪同客户,监造,第三方验厂,提供相应资料等,进行各类问题点协调,确保客户验厂、验货等均顺利通过
Assist to factory audits with technical parties and visits of clients, provide relevant materials to make sure the inspection go through smoothly
任职要求 Qualifications
1.本科以上学历
2.3年及以上的光伏技术支持/生产/工程工作经验
3.良好的英语口语、写作水平
4. 适应能力强,可以接受短期出差任务
5.具有良好自信心,有较强的口头表达能力
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. At least 3 years technical experience in solar quality / manufacturing / engineering
3. Good written and oral english is a must.
4. Adaptive and can take short business trips
5. Good self-confidence, good communication skills
