Qualification
- Bachelor degree or above, major in relative engineering include but not limited to Photovoltaic/Electronics/Semiconductor/Materials/Physics/Chemistry/Energy etc.
- Photovoltaic industry work experience above 8 years, team management experience above 5 years, and leading to completed projects.
- Can be leading the supervisors and cooperating with them.
- A strong sense of responsibility, good pressure resistance, good at communication and coordination, able to adapt to overseas environment, adapt to work overtime;
- Familiar with ISO9001 and ISO14001 management system knowledge, has the strong consciousness of cost control and risk control;
- Must be have the experience and concept in MES, and can using the system.
- Familiar with solve the efficiency and yield abnormal in workshop; Must be have experience with black silicon texture, alkali texture, diffusion, SE, laser, etching and PECVD process, and also need familiar with PERC process mass production abnormal solving.
- Use the office software skilled, will seize the key summarize the work;
- Have ability to communicate in English, fluent in oral English is preferred;
Duties and Responsibilities
- Implementing the company quality policy, maintaining the yield and efficiency KPI and the workshop production stability, resolving abnormal in time in the workshop;
- Establishing and perfecting the workshop management system, technical documents, analysis report, PM standards such as maintenance process, reasonable manpower allocation workshop process, to ensure that the workshop process and production according to the process operation;
- Planning the efficiency improvement, cost down, capacity increasing and executing the plan.
- Leading new or expansion line equipment debugging and conducting to mass production, assist with new product new technology after mass production;
- Training team members, using own experience to develop local engineers and technicians technical ability;
- Coordinating and communicating with other departments and contacting with headquarters, to ensure that the requirements can convey to subordinates;
- Other matters from superior leadership;
