消防工程师

工作目标Job Objectives:

管理厂区消防设施（火灾自动报警系统、消火栓系统、消防喷淋系统、消防联动系统、消防用电系统、消防供水系统等），确保消防系统处于有效状态。管理厂区的承包商安全，确保承包商工作处于安全状态。消防备件和劳动防护用品的库存管理。

Manage plant firefighting facilities (automatic fire alarm system, hydrant system, fire sprinkler system, firefighting linkage system, firefighting electricity system, firefighting water supply system, etc.) to ensure that the firefighting system is in an effective state. Manage the contractors safety in the plant area to ensure that the contractors work is in a safe state. Inventory management of fire spare parts and PPE.

工作职责Job Responsibilities:

1、管理厂区消防设施（火灾自动报警系统、消火栓系统、消防喷淋系统、消防联动系统、消防用电系统、消防供水系统等），确保消防系统处于有效状态。

Manage plant firefighting facilities (automatic fire alarm system, hydrant system, fire sprinkler system, firefighting linkage system, firefighting electricity system, firefighting water supply system, etc.) to ensure that the firefighting system is in an effective state.

2、消防法规和标准的辨识与评估。

Identification and evaluation of fire regulations and standards.

3、管理消防员值班，巡检工作，提升消防员值班能力，确保消防员能熟练操作消防系统。

Manage firefighters on duty, patrol work, improve firefighters on duty ability, ensure firefighters can skillfully operate fire control system.

4、对承包商作业进行安全管理，进行危险作业审批，包括（高处作业、动火作业、密闭空间作业等）

Safety management of contractors operations and examination and approval of dangerous operations, including high-altitude operations, fire operations, closed space operations, etc.

5、对承包商进场开展安全教育，强化承包商的安全作业意识。

Conduct safety education for contractors and strengthen Contractors awareness of safe operation.

6、对劳动防护用品的库存进行管理，确保劳动防护用品的进出库数量一致。

Manage the inventory of PPE to ensure that the quantity in and out of the warehouse corrective.

7、上级安排的其他工作。

任职资格Qualifications:

• 本科及以上学历，机械、工程类及其他相关专业；

Bachelor degree and above, major in machinery and engineering.

3年以上消防工作经验；

More than 3 years working experience in firefighting.

• 熟悉当地的消防法律法规和标准；

Familiar with local firefighting laws and regulations.

• 熟悉劳动防护用品使用条件和穿戴标准、各类工作场所有害因素的相关标准；

Familiar with the use conditions and wearing standards of PPE and related standards of harmful factors in various workplaces

• 熟悉消防系统和配件的工作原理要求和流程；

Familiar with the working principles, requirements and procedures of firefighting and accessories;

• 具有良好沟通能力、团队合作能力,良好的英文沟通能力。

Good communication skills (including communication with external government departments), teamwork and good English communication skills
