ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / 主 要 职 责

1.负责公司质量方针、质量目标的制定和贯彻落实；

Responsible for the company''''s quality policy, the quality objectives of the formulation and implementation;

2.负责组织、协调制定公司各种质量管理制度及质量管理体系的运行维护、持续改进；提升公司质量管理水平；

Responsible for organizing and coordinating to make company various quality system and the operation and maintenance of quality management system, continuous improvement, improve the quality management level of the company；

3.负责组织公司质量管理体系第二方、第三方审核工作；

Responsible for organizing the second party and the third party audit work of the quality management system of the company;

4.负责组织质量管理体系内审、年度管理评审工作；

Responsible for organizing internal audit and annual management review of quality management system;

5.负责公司产品实现过程中的质量保证方案；

Responsible for the quality assurance program in the process of product realization;

6.负责公司产品控制标准的制定；

Responsible for the development of the company''''s product control standards;

7.负责供方的品质管控和质量问题的整改督导和落实确认；

Responsible for supplier quality control and quality problem rectification supervision and implementation confirmation;

8.负责公司质量事故分析及纠正和预防措施的验证；

Responsible for the quality accident analysis and validation of corrective and preventive measures;

9.建立和完善公司的计量管理系统和计量管理规章制度；

Establish and improve the company''''s metrology management departmentand metrology management regulations;

10.组织协调各项计量工作的实施，对完成情况进行跟踪；

Organize and coordinate the implementation of the measurement work, follow up the completion situation;

11.垂直管理各分公司质量体系、计量相关工作；

Vertical management of the quality system of each branch, measurement-related work;

12.部门员工绩效考核；

Departmental staff performance appraisal;

13.按时完成上级领导交办的其他工作。

Finish the other work assigned by superior leader on time.




JOB SPECIFICATIONS / 岗 位 资 格

1.工作经验：10年以上光伏工作经历；

Working experience:Ten at least years relevant working experience;

2.教育程度：本科及以上学历；

Education level:Undergraduate andabove education;

3.专业技能：能熟练使用办公软件，具有数据统计、分析能力；

Professional skills: Proficiency in the use of Office software, with data statistics, analysis capabilities;

4.管理技能：掌握质量管理工具，具备对管理体系、流程、产品审核能力；具有推进管理体系认证的管理能力；有较强的沟通能力和协调能力；

Management skills:Master the Quality management tools, with the management system, process, product audit ability, with the promotion of management system certification management capacity, strong communication and coordination skills;

5.个性特质：具有较强的原则性，高度的责任心和团队合作精神；

Personality traits:Have a strong sense of principle, a high degree of responsibilityand team work spirit;

6.其他要求：抗压能力强，具有良好的人际交往和沟通能力;

7.优良的英语（书面/口语）水平。
